Florida’s weather gives us many opportunities to have fun. Obviously, our September homeowners Carol and Wayne Hewitt who live at 19260 Robertson St take great pleasure in their gardens.
As longtime Florida residents, they moved from Winter Springs to Wedgefield in 2015. They enjoy mango’s, papaya, banana, and guava trees in the back yard and have beautiful well-maintained hedges with beautiful crotons in large pots in the front. Dark pink crepe myrtles, two large palms, and variegated yellow and green grasses make up part of the front yard.
Also found are deep pink vincas which are an excellent choice for showy drought tolerant and pest free flowers. Always a good Florida choice. So many beautiful flowering trees and plants are available, giving us year-long joy and beauty.
