It was a delight to meet Shirley and Robert Mankovich who are 30-year residents of Wedgefield. Robert served our country in the Marines.
It features hanging baskets of pink moss roses, vincas, yellow burgercups, pink and white crepe myrtles, caladiums, azaleas, blue daze, and yellow amandas.
We sat under the shade of the front porch pergola and enjoyed the view of the pond. Shirley said there are frogs, catfish and the occasional blue Heron comes to dinner.
