The September YOM is a beautiful tropical landscaped yard that can be viewed at 19225 Robertson.
The owners Terry and Amy Hanson have only lived in Wedgefield for two years. Considering he hails from Nebraska, and more recently Georgia, he has picked up the essence of Florida landscaping very quickly.
In the garden, you will see Bird of Paradise, a variety of Canna’s, Bromeliads, Elephant Ears, Purple Salvia, Ti Plant, Pigmy Date Palm, and a beautiful Pink Variegated Hibiscus that recovered from the “freeze”. Even the backyard was beautifully done.
The high light there were several white Bird of Paradise taller than the roof. Honorable mentions are 19430 Sarmandham, 19876 Quinella, 19269 Quinlan, and 1960 Reynolds.
