Wedgefield Homeowners Association Inc - Rural Community in East Orlando
Wedgefield is a deed restricted community and as such has codes and covenants that are mandatory for all properties. The Wedgefield Homeowners Association (WHOA) is a Not-for-Profit association under Florida Statute 617.
Membership to the association is voluntary.

Wedgefield NHW is strictly watch and report. No pursuit, No patrol, No confrontation, JUST WATCH and REPORT. Based on reports of CALLS FOR SERVICE as reported by the SPOTCRIME email we have had a significant number of incidents. 1 report of a Discharge of a firearm on OBERLY PKWY; 2 Assaults one on QUARTERLY PKWY and one on ABNEY; 1 Misdemeanor on RACINE; 2 reports of Theft one on Melville and one on Ardon; lastly a Suspicious incident on QUARTERLY PKWY. I am happy to see that calls are being made to the Sheriff but I wish calls would be made to me as well so I can share additional information with the community. Please take the time to make the second call to me. This has historically been the month to report our satisfaction with all the efforts of our FIRST RESPONDERS and Volunteers that make up our wonderful community. AGAIN SPECIAL THANKS to Denise Grage our NHW Coordinator for keeping our NHW Facebook page neighborly.
