Wedgefield School’s inaugural classes (5th and 8th Grade) will be celebrating their success with awesome end of year parties.
Each grade must fund raise throughout the school year to fund these parties.
Our fifth graders main fundraiser is the creation of the “Fifth Grade School Store”. The store stocks lots of much needed trinkets, toys and educational items. Most items are priced from $0.25 to $3.00. The store was built by Brandon Diehl, a fifth grade dad and Wedgefield resident. The store is open on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8:15 to 8:40am and is staffed by fifth grade students and two parents. The physical store front will be donated to the school to hopefully serve as the main fundraiser for all 5th grade classes.
Eighth Grade’s main fundraiser was selling pizza, drinks and snack at the concession stand at Wedgefield Rockets Basketball home games. They will also be selling donuts on campus.
