We had reports of AT&T solicitors back in our neighborhood in May. I called the AT&T Representative that previously helped me and RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING RESPONSE:
“Thank you for reaching out to me and making me of aware of the recent encounters. I reached out to the Business Unit that handles Compliance for the Door to Door Team. They informed me that they had removed your community from the lead list; however, discovered that another Dealer was not working from their lead lists and had recent sales in your community. She assured me that she will address this immediately.
I have also requested that they remove all Door to Door (D2D) Leads for Wedgefield from their system and advise all Dealers that were assigned these leads previously not to solicit within the Wedgefield Community again. I am also providing you with the person’s contact information who is responsible for Compliance in case you have any other issues going forward.”
