Attention Wedgefield residents’ elections for the board of the Home Owners Association will take place at the general membership meeting on Tuesday December 13th. There are several positions available for two year terms beginning in January of 2017. If you are a member of the Homeowners Associations and interested in Moving Wedgefield Forward please send a brief bio to president@wedgefieldhomeowners.com. Candidates must be submitted by November 20th. We are in need of someone interested in Advertising/Marketing for the Community Newsletter as Joel Thaw will not be running for re-election.
Deed Restriction Reminder:
1.) Your Deed Restrictions require that garbage & recycling dumpsters be stored out of site and that they or bulk items be placed at the road side the evening before pickup. This has become a major eyesore issue for the entire community; please make an effort to comply the consequence of not doing so will result in fines.
2.) Your Deed Restrictions also require the any improvement or structure on a property in the community requires the approval of the Architectural Control Committee. Please make sure that you following the procedures and don’t become a issue that has consequences.
